Assembly Engineer

As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position:

Responsibilities:

•Higher technical education
•Proven experience in a similar role
•Knowledge of the final assembly process
•Proficiency in SPC and APQP
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
•Basic knowledge of Unigraphics NX and Corel Draw
•Strong understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing principles
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
•Good verbal and written communication skills in English
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
•Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
•Ability to work well in a team environment

Job description:

• Participate in product transfer processes
• Cooperate in the RFQ process, ensuring timely and accurate data submission
• Prepare technology documentation for Bury China on schedule, based on documentation from Bury Poland, including:
  • Process Flow Charts
  • Collaboration on PFMEA with the quality department
  • Control Plans
  • Work and Technological Instructions
  • Technology routes
  • Job instructions
  • Forms used in the production process

•Analyze budget utilization for new product development
•Handle non-conforming products
•Resolve assembly process production problems and implement safety measures
•Supervise trial batches, new deployments, and process modifications
•Optimize processes
•Oversee production processes post-SOP until full production
•Prepare technological process reports for customers
