100% quality test
In this phase of product development, end-of-line testing – a 100% quality test of the product or component coming off the production line – still has to be performed on the device.
This has always been the norm in our industry. No device will leave the factory without an EoL test. Its results are a guarantee to the customer that it meets all requirements and expectations.
Final assembly, on the other hand, is the production of cable harnesses, the crimping of plugs, and the assembly of components such as microphones, antennas and housings.
