Extremely high performance

In parallel with other processes, our SMT/THT department is starting to produce printed circuit boards.

It is equipped with 11 SMT production lines with a total capacity of up to 7.5 million installed components per day. Inside the ISO Class 9 clean room, 2D laser board printing, solder paste printing with SPI inspection, SMT assembly and soldering takes place. Additional ICT inspections and tests are performed at the end. The finished boards undergo a depaneling process and are transferred to the adjacent final assembly department.

Shaping the process in line with market requirements

We also understand how important it is to shape the process according to market requirements in this field.

Therefore, in BURY we constantly improve the Surface Mount Technology. Currently, we use eight SMT lines for assembling PCBs with components, from low-cost serial production up to assembling 35.000 elements per hour.  Requirements regarding large-format PCBs for the OEM branch are met in an equally reliable way.

Our target is to achieve the highest accuracy along with maintaining the lowest possible cost of production.  We guarantee the consistent level of our products.

Inspection tools such as the methods of testing products before and after assembly, as well as X-Ray inspection at the end of the process, ensure the high quality of finished PCBs.
