The NETWORKPOWER Congress took place on 18-19.10.2023 at the G2A Arena Exhibition and Congress Center in Jasionka, which was organized in the formula of a job fair, B2B talks, HR workshops and thematic panels related to the labor market in Poland. Our company had the opportunity to participate in the Congress as an exhibitor, and the company’s stand was very popular with visitors and potential candidates for employment at BURY. Our employees had a chance to present the company, products, current job offers and to interview potential candidates.

In addition, Director Robert Tyksinski was invited as a speaker to participate in a panel discussion titled “How will science and technology revolutionize the labor market of the manufacturing and construction industry?” with Prof. Jaroslaw Sep (PRz) leading the panel, as well as a group of speakers from Pratt&Whitney Poland, Safran Group, Eastern Automotive Alliance and Nowy Styl.

Participation in the Congress was an excellent occasion to reinforce BURY’s presence on the labor market in Poland within the framework of the so-called Employer Branding, and visitors to our stand may soon strengthen our engineering teams.
