On 07.06.2024, an international conference of the Board of Directors and Management on BURY’s Development Strategy for 2025-2035 was held at our company.

The conference was attended by the Management Board together with the Owner of the company, Directors and Managers from all our locations (Mielec, Rzeszow, Loehne, Huamantla), as well as the new Tianjin location in China. At the conference, data on the company’s dynamic growth until 2035 was presented, related to a significant increase in turnover. The corresponding increase in employment at the manufacturing facilities in Mielec, Huamantla (Mexico) and the new plant in Tianjin (China) and the Detroit location (USA) were also discussed.

In addition, the company’s strategy for the portfolio of products under development was presented, as well as opportunities to use artificial intelligence in the company’s operations. The conference was supplemented by a lecture delivered by Dr. Krzysztof Haladyj of the MJH Law Firm in connection with the company’s plans to list on the stock exchange. The conference presented data showing the company’s dynamic growth, the opportunities and risks of going public, and how AI will support us in the growth process.

The conference participants had the opportunity to learn about the organization’s strategy and build relationships through small talks in accordance with the “One Team” philosophy.
