Automation/electronics engineer

As a global automotive supplier regarding our new investment in China we are looking for candidates for the position:

 

Automation/electronics engineer

Implementation and training phase at the company in Mielec (about 12 months)

•Participation in the development of automated lines in Poland
•Participation in the development of test instrumentation and vision systems in Poland (for individuals with electronics majors)
•Participation in commissioning and optimization of line operation
•Writing programs for PLCs (for individuals with automation majors)
•Writing programs for robots (for individuals with automation majors)
•Preparation of technical documentation in Chinese (translation from English)
•Participation in the transfer of automated lines from Poland to China

 

The person hired for this position, after returning to China, will be responsible for:

•Start-up and optimization of automated lines
•Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and production facilities
•Implementation and assurance of proper operation of test instrumentation
•Carrying out preventive activities according to planned schedules
•Diagnostics and troubleshooting of production and auxiliary equipment
•Preparation of process documentation in Chinese (translation from English)
•Training of production employees

Expectations for the candidates:

  • Higher technical education (electrical engineering, automation, electronics, mechatronics)
  • Knowledge of the English language
  • Authorization to work on live equipment up to 1kV (equivalent to SEP authorization up to 1kV in force in Poland)
  • Ability to travel abroad (several months of training in Poland are provided)
  • Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery
  • Ability to read technical drawings, electrical, and electronic schematics
  • Ability to operate control and measurement equipment
  • PLC programming skills
  • Readiness to work in shifts
    Additional assets will include:
  • Experience in repairing machinery and equipment
  • Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots
  • Ability to program robots
  • Familiarity with TestStand software
